Been real sick the past few days but- AYY HAPPY BELATED WOLFMAS Y'ALL!

Here's some head canons for you to ponder upon-

Hilbert was, for non-drug reasons, banned from like, half of the bars in Moscow pre-Hepheastus.

Young Jacobi was probably like Sid from 'Toy Story' and absolutely wrecked his toys.

Also, Maxwell definitely has videos of said young gremlin Jacobi as blackmail.

Kepler, at some point in his life, was or still is an anime weeb. (probably cause of Maxwell)

On Halloween, post-'Mayday' bald Eiffel definitely must have dressed up and acted like Hilbert for all of 5 minutes, until they told him to change back.

Eiffel's go-to Christmas gift has to be something like, a dancing cactus or ornaments that rickroll you (things that don't have any practical use, but light up the party)

Mincowski is 100% a theatre nerd (oh wait that's canon-)

Eiffel was actually an A-grader in high school but stubborn when told he had potential. Everyone might've thought he was just keen on wasting away his life from the start.

The entire SI5 trio is banned from like, every Build-a-Bear in existence.

The real reason why Maxwell isn't on good terms with her family is- *gets shot*

Anyway, I've got actual headcanons bout their past that are serious and sad but- eh, merry christmas ;)

Ingo and Emmet are natural-born Wolfwalkers. They take after their parents.

Drayden is their maternal uncle and also a Wolfwalker. He and his sister were co-Alphas of a large pack of their kind.

Elesa is the daughter of a Hunter, but instead of wanting to become a hunter herself, she dreams to become an explorer. She’s also fascinated by magic.

The setting takes place in ancient Galar instead of Unova and follows the movie's plot, with the Wolfwalkers dwindling as forests are destroyed and magic is banned.

The twins’ parents were killed by hunters/colonists when they were pups. They have little memory of them. Drayden raises the boys as his own.

Drayden is the main alpha, but the boys have what it takes to be strong and capable leaders themselves from a young age and lead the pack often when Drayden is on the lookout.

Ingo has the best eyesight and a strong sense of smell while Emmet has a keen sense of hearing and is the quickest on his paws. Together they’re the best hunters of their pack.

Elesa sneaks away from the city to explore the nearby forest, but encounters a wolf!Emmet. She startles and is caught in a trap meant for the wolves. Emmet tries to cut the rope with his teeth to free her, but Elesa panics and in the struggle he accidentally bites her arm, turning her into a Wolfwalker.

The original AU was to have Ingo captured by the settlers and Emmet taking Mebh’s role. Alternatively, Uncle Drayden is the one who gets captured and the twins roam the forest looking for him.

25 Days of Wolfmas: Day One!

Who, or what, got you listening to Wolf 359?

Okay it was like two years ago (I think??) when I was majorly into Night Vale, I started looking for other podcasts to listen to, cause I had had an epiphany like shit!!!there are others!!!!holy shit!!!! 

I am not very clever.

I was scrolling through all of those rec posts in the podcast tag when I found Wolf 359, among (many) others. However I actually didn’t want to listen to it at first, as one of the first posts I saw said it was awful. (I know realise how stupid that was. This seems to be a theme)

A year or two then passed, I forgot about podcasts, and year 10 exams came around. (for my non-english peeps, basically this is the end of the first year of GCSES when ur like 14/15 - someone said they’re kinda like the american high school diploma but idk) I was m a j o r l y s t r e s s e d, cause I had a couple of really shit teachers so I kinda self-taught myself some subjects but anyway I digress. 

Then one morning when I was procrastinating majorly on my phone, I saw a post by batmanisagatewaydrug about Wolf 359. I vaguely remembered that I had seen something about it ages ago, and well it’s a podcast, like Night Vale, so I might like it. (I have a very bad memory)

So, in order to put off studying for my chem paper, I listened to the first episode.

And then the second.

And then the third.

Fast forward about two weeks, exams are over, and I’m crying on the floor over episode 61. Still not over it.
