The first one grants its user one wish upon being eaten, but only one, and it runs on cursed monkey's paw logic.
The second one revives the dead, anything from refreshing decomposed plant matter to genuinely resurrecting a human being, soul and memories and all. However, it comes with a two-part toll. Part one, to bring something back to life, a larger amount of life must be funneled into it, the amount equivalent to the complexity of the thing being brought back. (i.e. in order to revive a dead leaf, five other leaves on the tree have their life-forces drained, ten cats die in order to bring one cat back to life, one hundred people are sacrificed in order to bring one person back) Secondly, the user suffers neurological damage the more they use the fruit. Minor uses only result in small things that can be shrugged off and usually fade after a few minutes, but it can cause serious permanent damage if you overuse it or use it on anything more significant than a medium-large animal. Eventually, it can reach a point where the user is still mentally aware, but unable to speak, move, or control their bodily functions.
Bonus: As the conduit for the exchange of lifeforce, the user of the fruit will feel the deaths of whatever is being sacrificed for the revival, which makes it harder to endure on an emotional/mental level the more complex you get.
Note: I am well aware that these not abide by the rules of devil fruits or may be otherwise impossible. Remember folks, I'm not even at chapter 50 yet! These are simply some horrible horrible ideas that I had
