in which a simple girl who’s completely in love with performing meets a boy who’s completely in love with her.

wonjae let out an amused chuckle, watching as his screen flooded with “memes”. he blew out a sigh, smiling as he came upon a particularly funny one.
“what are you laughing at, hm?”
wonjae bit his lip to suppress a comeback, unconsciously hiding his phone away from hyul-woo’s view.
in a split second, a body was slammed onto his, earning a groan from the smaller boy.
hyun-woo rolled over wonjae, attempting to peer over at the brightly lit screen.
“is that y/n? she seems kind of um,” he trailed, obviously not wanting to call the so-called girl ‘unattractive’.
wonjae shook his head, laughing a bit at his ridiculousness. “that’s not y/n, hyung. it’s a meme.”
the boy squishing wonjae shot him a puzzled look. “what’s a meme?”
the beanie-headed boy shrugged in response.
“well then, what does she look like?”
with a finger pointing at the tiny ico, hyuk-woo could already see how much of a pretty girl his younger friend had taken an interest in.
“hm. didn’t know that was your type.” wonjae furrowed his brows, a confused yet offended expression clearly etched onto his face.
“what do you mean?” he pushed his beanie back. “and she's not a ‘that’.”
loco held his hands up in defense. “woah, calm down,” he smirked. “I didn’t mean to offend you.”
the smaller boy pulled his beanie back down to his eyes, mind now solely focused on his still flooded phone screen. he chose to ignore the teasing and instead put his mind to the girl he really had been interested in.
“geez, wonjae! didn’t think you’d get worked up like that!” he patted his back, standing up whilst stretching with a loud yawn.
“but in all seriousness, I hope she continues on making you happy. but be careful; you know how strict kiseok hyung gets over dating.”
