Long story short: I decided to move to Portland for 3 months!

I recently got offered an opportunity to live in Portland for the summer and while my gut instinct was "fuck yeah do it" that voice popped up and was all "no fuckin way bro, theres way to much shit to handle, you can't just do that!" So I've been thinking it over and when I brought it up to my Dad and how I was worried about all the moving parts he was like "Well lay it out for me, what's holding you back, what's the problem?" And literally everything I was worried about was just exaggerated 'what ifs' of how my absense may or may not potentially have negative impacts in the convenience of other people's lives and like holy fuck, I'm 23 and I gotta live my fuckin life. I keep waiting for shit to change and I don't do things so fuck it - I'm just gonna do it. Take 3 months, spread my wings and fly a little bit. Like that isn't even really leaving the nest, it's more like a glorified vacation. I'm really excited to play adult for a few months and see if I sink or swim 😂
