My malicious compliance for today is as follows:
[After supervisor got pissed that I, a part-time employee limited to 15 hours a week with hybrid flex WFH hours, have been working my hours in a flexible manner, I have now been told to have a strict set schedule, 1-4pm on WFH days.]
Supervisor: will you be attending the meeting on Friday at 10 am?
Me: I am scheduled 1-4pm.
Supervisor: Does that mean you are not available anymore? When will you be available to attend these meetings? Preferably before 11 am. You need to attend these meetings.
Me: You'll have to schedule me for an additional hour. I haven't been able to complete any other tasks than the urgent requests you've assigned as a result of my limited hours.
