Can somebody please explain to me what horrible kind of friends screams at you for getting a pretty exclusive summer job for them (he didn’t have to do that) when they couldn’t find anything just because they don’t like the boss or the tasks they have to do?

It’s a summer job. They‘re teenagers, they haven’t gone to college, they’re not even done with school. Did they expect to get a high qualified job without any qualification? And managers can be assholes, that’s no secret. So why do they blame Troy? I just. Don’t. Get it!
