Starting Weekly Goals Again
As sort of a spinoff from last night's consensus that a lot of us could use more accountability, I'm restarting my posts with goals for the week. This way I at least have to take some time every week to exam my behavior. I'm going to pose some challenges for myself that other people can join in or make their own if they would like. And here they are:
1. Complete at least 3 cardio workouts and 1 strength workout this week.
2. Workout at least once in the morning (I usually work out after work).
3. Track all of my food this week
4. Take a "Full Accountability Day" on Monday and Wednesday where I take pictures and post everything that I eat.
5. Start again on my gratitude journal and post 3 things everyday that I am thankful for.
6. Do at least 1 special thing to be nice to myself and 1 special thing to be nice to someone else.
