OFFTA! Today's breaking muscle worked grip and flexibility. 15 Sets of: Grip Complex - Overhand, Underhand, Eagle Grip Be very aware of your shoulder mobility during the eagle grip. I had a hard time transitioning both hands to eagle from underhand. Modification:I tried to get one hand from underhand to eagle while hanging for each set then rest my weight on a box set my other hand and hang for a second in the eagle grip to get my shoulders used to this position. I gave myself around 1-2 mins rest in between the sets. Try this out and let me know how it goes. #workingweaknesses #gymnasty #breakingmuscle #weeniehands #gripstrength
