😋😋Cottage pie😋😋 Didn’t manage to get a photo before digging into this bad boy!!!! 1. Brown off 500g beef mince in a frying pan with a small amount of oil. & peel chop and boil 5 medium sweet potatoes. 2. Remove beef when cooked and fry off chopped onions, chopped carrots and peas in a little oil until soft. 3. Add garlic (I used lazy garlic) pepper & thyme, 400ml beef stock (2 stock cubes) & 2 tbs plain flour. 4. Add the beef back into the pan and mix. 5. When the potato’s have softened, mash them with 2 tbs butter. 6. Add the beef mix into a oven dish and top with the mash. 7. Oven bake for around 30 minutes or until the top starts to brown.
