[Workout Advice Needed]
Hello all.
More than a year ago, I came up with this 4-day workout programme for myself.
As the name suggest, it's supposed to be an upper body - lower body split.
Without access to a gym, my equipment is superbly limited: barbell, easy bar, dumbbells, elastic bands, bench, elliptical machine, stepper, yoga mat.
With that in mind, can anyone comment on the actual workout below? Suggest changes? Suggest something entirely different? Anything really. As I said, I put this together myself and, literally, I know nothing about what I'm doing 🙃

So I've done all my workouts this week. It's week 2 of the programme I following and I have done all but 1 workout, which is the best I have ever followed a programme 😆 I can feel myself getting stronger.
