Tips:
☆ The stepper can make some moves easier, and other moves harder! Totally not necessary for this workout, but if you have one you might as well use it
☆ Make sure that the single leg exercises get performed on each side - we don't want to work our bodies an uneven amount lol!

Tips:
☆ to stay safe, start with lighter weights (you can increase them later if they are too light) and keep the core engaged through the entire exercise!
☆ Pay attention to the style of grip! The way your hands are positioned at each point of the exercise can completely change the exercise and which muscles you isolate.

I am seriously GIDDY you guys! what a HUGE commitment, to do 100 workouts in 100 days! It has flown by, but time flies when you're having fun, right?? I feel so much stronger, empowered and have felt so much happiness and purpose every day of the journey. That's the ultimate goal right - to feel like you found your purpose in life?? I feel like I was meant to share this experience with others and help them get start on their own journey.
Because If there is anything we can learn from this experience, it's that YOU CAN DO THIS TOO. I am not a special fairy mermaid snowflake. If I can do these programs and workouts, I know anyone else can do it.
The finish line is really just a fresh start. We are never the same person we were when we begin and then finish a journey. We learn, we grow, we gain experience. We might have setbacks and stumble, but that is all part of the process. 𝘔𝘺 𝘫𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘺 𝘪𝘴 𝘕𝘌𝘝𝘌𝘙 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘺'𝘢𝘭𝘭! 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘵𝘦𝘳! - Make sure hips are squared off forward, not open to either side
- The stationary arm will be raised above the shoulder, but the moving arm should not go above shoulder height

I might have a moment when I second guess myself, but I'm never gonna let someone else's opinion stop me from living my best life! Whether it's overcoming gym intimidation, wearing a crazy outfit in public, or looking like a #HotMessExpress because ya girl is BUSY, I will do it all. 𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐄 𝐈𝐒 𝐓𝐎𝐎 𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐑𝐓 𝐘'𝐀𝐋𝐋.
