What synths are used in Worrywort? Additionally, how would you make it sound like it? (sorry I'm very inexperienced with synths)

For Worrywort, the band likely used their vintage Sequential Circuits Prophet 5, as discussed on Jonny's Keyboards page. Though it's worth noting that by the time Worrywort was released, the original Prophet 5 had broken down while the band were touring.

Based on the repetition in the track, they seem to have created a simple MIDI sequence on a computer and used that to "play" the synth. Then they messed with knobs (especially the filter cutoff) while the sequence played back. Repeat to add a couple more layers and that's about it. Most subtractive synths with a pulse wave can get similar results.
