I cooked Chicken Liver, Heart & Gizzard stir fry for lunch.
I contemplated while I’m preparing the food. After I finished cutting the gizzard, I didn’t dare to touch the liver and heart, I took an extra care due to it’s soft fragile texture. if I overcook or accidentally drop them, they will turn into ruins.
Just like our heart, it’s extremely soft and sensitive, the most interesting part is we don’t have to literally see/ touch/ hold them by hands but we can feel it.

The more sensitive the subject/ object, the more untouchable and fragile their state of being. Simply the use of words in verbally or written form, you can break a heart in an instant. How powerful we are to crush someone’s heart just by words.
Some of us may taste famously french delicacy foie gras. Have you ever wonder why liver pate taste so good? They have endure hardships for being crushed and mould into finely ground into a concentrate form with other ingredients as a complement.
The ingredients represents the constant challenges we meet in life, they shape us to who we are today. The moulding and transformation of object/ subject is never an easy process, just like how the sculptor turns a rocks into a diamond.
It’s not about the destination (the final product) but the process along the way is the joy of the maker (sculptor). Because of the stone endurance and the diligence of the sculptor, they have become a world’s precious stones, their value has changed for the better.
In contrast with the expensive process of making a foie gras, The labor cost to the process in the making of luxury french specialty food, their unique and rich flavor are to die for.
