Alrighty. Here's a free dragon with a skull cap for the road.
This entity appears to be a dragon at first glance. Its scales are mostly white in color, though its body and wings are lined with bright red stripes that almost seem to move when you're not looking directly at this creature. Its mouth is lined with sharp, bright yellow scales that interlock with each other like a bear trap. These scales in particular almost function like a second set of teeth, though they look like they were meant for tearing flesh. Its eyes are lined with scales that are similarly yellow in color, but otherwise seem to not serve any purpose in particular. Its wings are similar in shape to the wings of a peregrine falcon, clearly being optimized for speed. Instead of horns, it has a skull cap that seems to be meant for fighting rivals with. The skull cap has a large shape on it that resembles the letter T.
It's only when you get closer to this being that you can see that something is not right. Its entire body has a pixel art-like effect, making it look like it crawled out of a video game. This is more apparent when it moves, even when looking at it from far away. On occasion, its entire body will flicker like an out of tune broadcast and flash bright red before changing into a different dragon that you can never quite get a good look at before it changes back to its original white and red form. The second form, though you can never get a good look at it, is something frillier. Something poofier. If you manage to get a picture of it while it is mid-flicker or mid-flash, you will see the eyes the eyes the eyes THE EYES SO MANY EYES SO MANY OF THEM
Its breath weapon can best be described as the unholy lovechild of napalm, white phosphorous and burning gasoline.
