Omg ty for loving my creepy insect photographer--I don't have alot of lore for him, but I will do my best to write it out

Basically he grew up with a fascination for bugs. He was one of those kids who would trap ants and other insects in jars (ok maybe sometimes crushing them for fun 💀) just to observe them trying to escape bc he found it entertaining.

One day he saw an extremely beautiful butterfly with ethereal wings right out of a fairy tail. He tried to capture it, but failed. From then on this encounter sparked his interest in insect photography and specimen collecting.

Then he sees you (fairy) in the forest while taking photos of insects.

It's safe to say he prob fell in love with ur wings first before seeing you/hj (LMAO) but now he finally has a chance to capture the butterfly that escaped him so long ago. You remind him so much of the beautiful insect he lost. So ofc he had to do the next totally logical thing: catch you.

Anyways, other little things I think he likes doing:

He'd totally stroke your wings everyday (ofc making sure not to damage them) bc he thinks they feel nice...trying to convince you to let them go and display them as the headpiece in his personal bug collection (and as always you refuse...doesn't stop him from asking everyday.)

Also in this story fairy can change sizes for convenience reasons (and also to make it easier for me to draw)

In an ending where fairy agrees to lose their wings, they might work with him as a taxidermist.
