If my writing is slow for the next little bit you can blame Mask of the Rose… and a train ride, but mostly because I'm deciding if I try to romance a devil, break a guy out of jail, or help an eldrich being fill out a census report and its love story collection.

Writing updates!

So unfortunately there are some things going on at home and school right now and I don't have a whole lot of time to write and I also am not in the best place to write- especially whumptober.

So my writing is being placed on hold for a few days at least until school is all done for me on the 20th.

Whumptober will be done before the end of October!! Just delayed for now- keep an eye on the whumptober masterlist for updates.

As for all my other writing, I have no idea when I'll be updating that

I'm so sorry guys</3 please be patient with me!

I'll be back writing again in a week or two top!

Hello everyone!

I wanted to write a bit more before my trip but it doesn’t seem like I’ll have the time for it so I just wanted to say sorry to everyone who’s requested, there will be a further delay on your requests being posted 😭

I’ve been having to deal with the bank for a few hours now due to a fraudulent charge on my bank account so I’m trying to see if I can get a new card issued before I leave, and I have to do a whole bunch of cleaning between now and Saturday evening. I am really sorry for not being able to sit down and write and I thank you for your patience 🥺💕

Delay in “Peeping Tomcat” updates

First of all, thank you to everyone who has been reading my story and first venture into writing “Miraculous Ladybug.”

I should have posted something weeks ago, but in all honesty I didn’t think people were following my story closely enough to notice or care.

Then I started to get the reviews/PMs (mostly on FFN) asking about the latest update. Kind asks and gentle pokes. Mostly a legit review with a toss-away line of “no update this week?” or “you’re a week late” or “is there going to be an update this week?” Stuff like that.

The first week I was late on updates I put up an author’s note chapter explaining the delay. I think my readers enjoyed it, but when I replaced it with the actual chapter there was no way for people to know about the update, so I tried to avoid doing the same thing this go.

Anyway, my point is, if you are one of my readers, and you were wondering what was going on with PT, know that I AM working on the next/last chapter. I have been. I had to start from scratch on this chapter, unlike most of the rest of the story which has gone through three drafts already. The process takes a little longer.

Also, I’ve been on vacation this past week (today’s my last day of it) and surprisingly that left me with LESS time to write. Go figure....

So, thank you for the reads, the reviews, the gentle pokes to make sure I don’t abandon the story whenever I got frustrated, and for your patience as I try to give you the best closing chapter you deserve.

I’m nervous that I’m going to do it right. So I may spend a bit more time on edits to make sure it’s as perfect as I can get it on my own at this point in my writing skill.

I AM aiming to have it up by July 31st at the absolute latest. Thank you again for your patience.

Good news for me bad news for y’all, I finally saw Ani tonight and we talked things out and things are good again. The bad news for y’all is I put on fake nails because it’s something Ani is into but I can’t type very well in press ons so asks will be put on pause for a little bit. So hopefully y’all don’t mind being a little patient with me.

Blorbo Friday
