35/100 days of productivity

today has felt like the longest day! after lots of re-drafting and re-editing i was finally able to hand in my final assignment for my advanced fiction writing class! finishing the day off with some nanowrimo prep (i’m so excited to get back to working on my own personal projects!!)

i often think about how throughout junior high and high school i was a big deal because i ran a poetry account on instagram, wrote for the local newspaper, won numerous poetry contests, and helped design the yearbook my senior year, and now i can’t write for shit, or even do my school work, where i am majoring in writing.

i’m just starting to think this phase of my life is ending, and i don’t have much to write about now

Now that I have my Forest Witch uniform, I can finally explore overgrown greenhouses, enjoy the glow of Autumn dusk on the ripples of the pond below, feel the rustle of leaves blowing against my feet, pick ripe and sweet apples from the trees...

I had induction week this week at my new University and honestly it was amazing. I’m so confident and ready now for next week. Hoping all my textbooks arrive in time though. Ebay’s really been a live saver with that, saved me a lot of money.
