What happens when you have no idea where you are going when you start a book series:
Book one word count: 38,553
Book two word count: 57,853
Book three word count: 97,309 (unconfirmed)
You get books with vastly different word counts as you finally figure out what you want for the book and have to try to cram it all into the 2nd/3rd/last book. I’m still learning and my first series has definitely been a learning experience.
