Black family children headcanons
Since most of the noble families expected their members to be the definition of perfection here is some ways I feel like the black family children will cope with their various emotions as they are not allowed to really express their emotions so most of them are channel into certain things they do.
Regulus and Narcissa expresses their emotion through art forms such as poetry, painting or even music. their favorite musician is rachmaninoff and chopin respectively, rachmaninoff with his emotional yet intensely complex pieces fits regulus, very technical, complex and emotional fitting into the definition of black family perfection. Chopin being emotional, exceptionally melodic pieces. It feels a lot like flowing water to Narcissa, it fits as Narcissa being the youngest daughter mostly follows her sisters a lot and rarely reveals her true potential, only doing it when it feels like it shall benefit her. Like the changing melodies of Chopin, going from slightly simple to complicated just like winter wind for example.
Sirius and Bellatrix tends to act out their emotions, being the eldest of their respective families they do have extra pressure on them especially being their parents "practice child" their parents promised to break the cycle but was unsuccessful so they experience the same as their parents. Sirius acts out in terms of rebellion, liking muggle bands, playing rock music etc. Bellatrix acts out by associating with Tom Riddle, a half blood. Which her parents feels is a bad influence for her but she never cared and now she is in too deep to back out. She viewed Riddle as an escape from the black family but ended up influenced by madness and eventually falls into its abyss.
Andromeda with being the middle child always does the best in school to make her parents worry less, she never lashes out at anyone like Sirius or Bella. She watches,she writes in her journal stories after stories of escape like Alice falling into wonderland.
