#yallseemeglistening? Day 2 of the 4 week #beginnerworkout is in the books. 40 high knees, 30 lunges each leg, 30 sec plank, and 10 push ups. I did incline pushups on the counter tonight to save my knees from the murderous concrete but other than that all was done appropriately if not with perfect form. I am totally a #beginner but I got my heart rate up to 130 and my steps are just shy of my 10k goal. I've realized that 10k is almost impossible some days so I'm focusing more on getting at least 10 #wwactivitypoints and that seems to be working well. #workingtheprogram I was slightly sore today and will more than likely be more so tomorrow but #noresttilday7. How many of you have been sitting around, unhappy with yourself and wishing things were different? I was, for a LONG time.
