A significant challenge of the Christian is waiting on the Lord. We want our blessing like we want service at a fast food restaurant.
But God builds us up as we wait. He prepares us in His way and in His time to be able to handle the blessing. While we wait God is using the time to reveal our motives, to build our patience, to build up our expectations of Him, to transform who we are and to get us to develop a dependency on Him.
Despite our anxiety and anticipation, we learn to embrace what is unknown to us; and lean on the beauty of the fact that only God Knows All.
