heres an update on my own tanks since i havent talked about them in a hot fucking minute

we moved a while back so two of my tanks are still at my previous house , the biggest one i unfortunately have to sell because there is nowhere to put it in the new apartment . the middle one ive moved already and the nano tank still needs to be moved , just need to find a good place for it

yesterday i found out one of my tanks was leaking , the middle one we had moved already . it wasnt a big leak but it had evidently been leaking for quite some time because the wooden door of the cabinet underneath it was very puffed up from the water so we decided to immediately just go get a new tank (same size) . luckily we still had an hour till the pet store closed and we live 5min away from it so that was easy to do

ive completely rescaped the tank now and will be getting rid of the leaking one , all the fish seem to be okay so far and im pretty happy with how the new tank looks (even more so once the plants grow in)

there is also some sad news . my first betta , dante , has passed :( i am not exactly sure why , he seemed to be doing alright but eventually he stopped eating and had been getting very thin . i gave him the best life i could and i hope he enjoyed it , rest in peace little man <3
