FRIDAY FAM DROPS - XAVIER DAYS This brother has long been a TuTchT Fav, from his earliest days (yeah, pun intended) in the Bonebreak/Flex game. His breaks have always been fluid smooth, his connects hit with crisp, angular precision. Masters of both these abilities are few and far between and when coupled with a natural sense of how to read a crowd and pace a performance for maximum and a deep well of creative innovations on par with his groundbreaking cousin, the brilliant Bones the Machine… you’ve got the ingredients for greatness. His battles in the cyphers of the Street Dance Underground world are already legendary chunks of exhilarating history. . One of King X’s greatest assets, in my opinion, has always been a face-made-for-film. It’s not an easy quality to describe but in my many years in the game of talent hunting, its something i know when I see. I anticipated success for X if/when he decided to dip his toe in feature film pool. But damn, this brother went beyond toe-deep & dove head first into Netflix’s smash August hit “Project Power.” Not bad when your first scene on film is shared with Joseph Gordon-Levitt in a Netflix Number One.
