How I feel about this character- I love her, she’s played and written so well. I also relate a bit too much to her except for the obscene wealth detachment and privilege.

All the people I ship romantically with this character- Tomshiv failmarriage over all other ships, but I’m not opposed to a little messed up Roy sibling incest. I think I also read something with her and Rhea Jarrell that was intriguing.

My non-romantic OTP with this character- I guess her godmother relationship with Gerri?

Unpopular opinion about this character- I don’t know enough about the wider succession fandom opinions outside of the folks I follow on here, but if you seriously think that she’s the worst Roy sibling you’re just a straight-up misogynist. Similarly, I think that people tend to absolve Tom for some parts of their marriage going badly and act like he has no power in the relationship (I have mixed feelings about the last season and finale, but the way Tom got to the top felt very real to me). He was out for himself and chose her family power over her too! I’m not her divorce lawyer and I don’t especially want to be, but some of the fans won’t give her a crumb of inferiority that they give the other characters.

One thing I wish would happen with this character/had happened with this character in canon- Eh, mostly that the final season hadn’t been so rushed.

Omg you're making me want to get back into Black Butler so badly. I ditched the anime after the godawful second season, but if it's following the manga plot again I should really get back to it... also you're 100% right about the dub, Brina Palencia & J Michael Tatum are so freaking great in those roles 🥲

They started following the manga plot again right after s2, and we've gotten a whole season for Book of Circus, a two part OVA for Book of Murder, AND a movie for Book of the Atlantic... and they're all so STUPID good. The animation has gotten better every release and it's uber faithful to the manga, so if you've ever just loved Black Butler for the plot/aesthetic/etc. you 100% should jump back on it!!!! (And Brina and Tatum are there for the whole thing and are INCREDIBLE.)

I have to admit I haven't read the Public School Arc manga so I'm watching totally blind atm! But we're only 3 episodes in so there's definitely time for you to catch up... and come watch with me..... we can scream about it all together i promise I'll be sorta normal..... promise 👀👀👀💘💘💘
