So today I was sitting in the speech room with this one Extemper who was in DX finals at nats last year, and we were explaining the difference between IX and DX to someone. 

And so that girl asked him, “how did you choose DX? Do you prefer domestic issues or...?”

And he just gets all sad and looks at the ground and says “no...I actually prefer international...but I went to quals in DX in sophomore year because it was as easier qual and I’ve autoqualed ever since”
