UPDATE: I realized I made a mistake with Chouma, I forgot Jinchou was a big part of his BG story lol, so I replaced Yume with him. Also decided to add Jinchou to this as I now had an idea of what characters to put on his chart

.....Konjou and Yaguro still probably have my all time favorite designs I've made so far even now. IDK what it is about those two, I just really like 'em.

Wanted to draw all my four moth-spirits. They are also in order for my fave to fourth fave (there is no “least favorite” I love them all, I just made Mari most recently so she hasn’t had time to grow on me yet as much as the others lol)

Yaguro is strongest, Chouma has the best durability, Yoruga is excellent in stealth, and Mari can fly reallllllly fast

I was struggling to decide what to draw, so I ended up just doodling stuff about this story I am going to write for my friend. I lost motivation during sketching tho, so IDK if I’ll ever color these lmao. Still, I spent a while on these already so figured I might as well share I guess? 

(The story in question is this weird amalgamation of two of my bnha DFO fic aus smushed together (Unravel & Family Secrets, basically just FS with Tenko and Hisashi as Kitsunes) Demon Slayer characters (because my friend got into it - I’m still not ready to pick the manga up as I’m still invested in BNHA, but I probably will read it properly someday lmao) and my own, original story/characters.)

First panel: Inosuke and Milo (my character) becoming friends, ‘cause they are kinda similar anyway, being food loving hotheads

Second panel: Nezuko hugging Ichirou (my oc) and lil kitsune Tenko (AU kid version of Tomura Shigaraki from bnha, in case someone who doesn’t know about all this stuff somehow stumbles into these silly doodles)

Third panel: Zenitsu is afraid of Silas, because Silas can be scary sometimes (accidentally; he’s basically an assassin bloodline child-prodigy)

Final strip: Inosuke mistaking Yaguro (my antagonist character) for a demon. Yaguro’s kinda annoyed by it, but he tends to not harm kids (unless provoked) so he just throws him aside.

“Aww, were you worried about me?”

This took me wayyy longer to make than it should have, mainly because I kept losing motivation constantly, so each step of this was made in a different day lol (sketch, lineart, color)

While drawing this I figured that Yaguro would probably have more back fluff when his wings are out, to cover the roots of his wings. W/O wings the amount is pretty small. This could probs be true with the three other moth spirit characters too, it’s just most noticeable with Yaguro as he has the least neck fluff by default.

So I guess this is kinda like gift art to my friend @mad-hatter-rici as this bases on the story I’m writing for her lol. Basically just colored one of the sketches I made earlier as I didn’t feel like drawing anything new rn. The shading is kinda lazy admittedly, I keep running out of motivation trying to do comic strips OTL

Can’t say if this interaction will actually happen in the said story, IDK how I could make it happen organically. (Nothing in this story is gonna be “canon” to anything, including my own characters. They are not fandom characters whatsoever, but for this story I figured I could use some of them in it)

Also didn’t know what else to put on that empty corner, so I just gave an explanation about what Yaguro is.

In truth it’s mainly Yume who does this/is allowed to do this nowadays lmao

(Other people who could be allowed; (in the past) anyone he slept with / anyone who becomes like a mother figure to Yaguro / a child in case they’re protecting them / potentially his “big brother” Konjou, who actually seems younger than Yaguro due to his backstory.)

Basically, I had bunch of drawing ideas yesterday, couldn’t pick any, and today just numbered them and chose a random one, and this got picked.

This had to be made. We had a chat with my friend about how certain characters for some reason do this “sticks tongue out” thing, and Yaguro ABSOLUTELY is That Guy who’d do that lmao. 

Also decided to draw his wings folded like a cape on his shoulders; usually he just has them folded on his back, but for this I brought them forward somewhat.
