Sometimes I can't sleep because my mind just runs and runs. I write and write to try and slow it down, but sometimes my hands can't keep up and I find myself awake still, watching for the sun. Can't drowned out the noise despite my best efforts. So I'm up all night, exhausted all day. Repeat. This is insomnia.

I have an exam this afternoon and firstly, who puts an exam on a Saturday afternoon what is this abomination but secondly I have like three and a bit hours to plan my essay for it but I'm so just exhausted from this past week I can't even get out of bed
