I wouldn't recommend using Changelings as it doesn't change specific body parts. There are some incredibly high level spells that allow for the type of transition you're looking for, but it's only done by a select few mages that have the clearance to do so. I've heard of magic objects that allow someone to change their gender as well! They're quite sought after though, that's the problem.

I'd start by finding mages with higher clearance levels. They should have the ability to help you out!

Yeah like, sure I complained a lot about school wasting my time but as I was trapped in there for 6 hours a day without other possible things to do, I just got to focus on drawing, and it will never feel the same when I’m at home with all of those distractions. I actually find my productivity slipping so much when I don’t attend classes, it’s kind of worrying > >;
