fascinating how you find so many new parts of yourself when you slowly start unmasking. turns out I'm an extrovert?? one with a social anxiety disorder but I get energy from people I feel safe around (people that don't take more anxiety energy than they give people energy)

I also used to think I couldn't possibly have ADHD, because while I got a bit distracted sometimes, I wasn't hyperactive at all. boy was I wrong. I just imagined having to sit completely still and silent for five whole minutes and physically recoiled at the idea. so. past me was very incorrect
