YourBlackisGold baby so shine on.
20 years ago today Jason McAteer scored in Lansdowne and we beat the Dutch. We could use a little magic tonight. Just the small matter of Portugal away for the boys in green tonight... Personally I think if we came away from the next 3 matches with 4-6 points I'd be very happy, some players have just gotten much needed moves at club level, a big few months are ahead but tonight will be incredibly difficult. Fans return to the Aviva next week for matches v Azerbaijan and Serbia, I've also worked on the match programme covers, I'll be able to share them soon What else have I to say? The FAI recently announced they're going to be paying the women's and men's International teams the same match fees from now on, an excellent bit of news and will hopefully boost the WNT's chances and development moving forward. That's the craic now, carry on scrolling, thanks
Programme cover illustrations I worked on for Ireland v Gibraltar tonight.
Here's some programmes I've been helping out my hometown club with, by providing illustrations for this seasons home matches. They’re called Longford town, currently sitting second in the 2nd tier of Irish football!
On the off chance any of you missed all my posts about this on other sites, here's the two illustrations I did for the last two Ireland match programme covers, minus all the logos and text and whatnot. Tried to throw a few nods to the LOI in there where I could!
Listened to SecondCaptains players chair interview with ex Ireland and Arsenal goalkeeper Emma Byrne.
it was great, she's just great and she's done some great things.
It's International Womens Day so I figured I'd try a quick drawing of Ireland's most successful footballer in history.
