The Yeho is a bear-like creature found in the Caribbean on the islands of Puerto Rico, Trinidad, Cuba, Hispaniola, and on Andros and Long Island in the Bahamas. The Yeho is described as a bear-like creature that is about the size of a monkey with backwards facing feet and long, sharp claws. The Yeho has been reported to also walk upright and come out of its cave at night and is said to be able to reproduce with women. The Yeho gets its name from the noise it makes in the woods at night. Experts believe that the Yeho could be a surviving Antillean Ground Sloth which was smaller than the more famous Mainland Giant Ground Sloth.
