I’ve wanted these for the last couple of years or so, and my birthday was two weeks ago today, so these were a kind of happy birthday to me. They were delivered today!

I’ve been interested in these books for a while now. Garrett Robinson drew me in with an article he wrote about how poorly women are treated and portrayed in fantasy games, movies, books, and tv shows. He of course in turn, pissed off a lot of misogynistic men, so I had to follow him here. I didn’t regret it. I learned even more on how he makes sure to make sure his books and books he publishes as diverse as possible because he understands how diverse the real world is and how important that representation is in general and to the people who don’t get to see themselves represented often enough, if at all. I love diverse books with important lgbtq+ characters and characters of color, and he gives us that. So I’ve been beyond eager to get my hands on his books.
These books are so sexy and thicc. Lol. As an asexual, books are the only things I generally will say that about. Lol. But I’m so exited to get into these!!!
