Yoga class: sound healing/meditation class and yoga balance
I don’t understand sound meditation that’s why I made this a regular Saturday class. I want to understand sound meditation by going to a class I don’t understand. Anyway, I like the sound of the harp and the crystals, they transport me to a peaceful state.
Yoga balance: regular practice of a certain pose makes life easier when the teacher explores an advanced pose (regular: bakasana/crow to an advanced (for me) : flying pigeon/eka pada galavasana. I still find it difficult, but, doable (I was definitely screaming inside when we have to repeat it several times). Also! I didn’t wear my wrist band today 😭
I bumped into a fave friend in the studio. Outside of the studio, we went back doing our own things (her catching up with work, me working on my language study). Yoga classes is a story of ourselves listening to the universe
