// From back when I was trying to draw the first comic bits (aka the introduction to story). Let’s just say that when I get “hangry”, I start ruining things I’m working on.
as if by fate, my Lili pop came in the mail today. the universe knew that i wept over the magic story today and took pity on me. thank you universe. my children are together at last. if only iN MY HEART

Imagine Person A being forced to watch Person B being tortured.
She didn’t need sight to know what’s happening. The drugs in her system are what kept her fom knocking out the two men holding her arms, trapping her against the cold cement of the basement wall. The knees of her black suit are shredded through, from the struggle of her trying to stand and being shoved back down.
“Widow -” Maddie managed to hiss the other’s alias, tasting the blood on her cut lip.
What was she hoping to accomplish? That Nat would hear her voice through the pain, that she would know Maddie was there & could do nothing to help. A harsh voice commands her in Slovak while tugging at her already sore shoulder. She’s heard it enough to understand that it probably means be quiet.
Her partner was hurting and it was all her fault. Maddie had dragged her on this mission, right into the ambush that she was too stupid to notice. Every drag of a knife across Natasha’s skin resonated in her ears like nails on a chalkboard. The crack of her jaw when someone’s fist makes contact with it puts Madeline’s teeth on edge. Tasha was the strongest spy she knew; she could withstand interrogation for days. It was Maddie broke, listening to each drop of blood hitting the floor through muddled senses and screaming in her head for it to end.
