Truth time! ✨😱✨ I first stumbled into my yoga journey as an alcohol-binging, emotionally-eating, corporate burn-out in my twenties. ✨ I got a Roku TV App called “Yoga Skool”. Practiced a 20 minute video every morning for 2 years until I busted my knee. ✨ After a year and half (great physical therapy & acupuncture), I gently reintroduced yoga to heal my knee back to full range of motion! ✨ How did your yoga journey start? It’s my LAST day teaching yoga at @maevamovement today. - Feeling all the things. Sad. Thankful. Bittersweet. Joy. But mostly just gratitude.🤗For the studio that taught me about my own voice. The place that was just starting out- right along with me as a yoga teacher. For forgiving my mistakes and struggles.
