Well that was an unexpectedly busy evening, I just moved office! Goodbye to office 2.35 and hello to office 1.21 Now all I need to do tomorrow is tidy it up and figure out where everything can go! Thankfully I had a slow relaxed beginning to the day leading up to my usual Tuesday lunchtime yoga class being held online! Ive been feeling really weak stiff in my backbends and just really anxious in general so i did a hip and back opening personal practice today and like magic i was feeling good so i went for it and...
