HEY YOGBLR HOW WE FEELING ABOUT NEW RYTHIAN???
Part of me wanna kind of delete all my old Yogscast fanart from here because so much of it has noteable ✨️creeps✨️ on it whomst I don't condone anymore
But at the same time I know that the posts has been reblogged so the pictures will still remain even if I delete them off of my main posts :/
Hey Fitblr/Yoga types: I’m getting the suspicion that I should probably brush up on my yoga overall. I’m looking for good 100-level resources to consult. Books, videos, pre-made sequences and guides on how to create them. Visual guides for variations would be awesome.
(If things go the way I think they are going to go, I may have to invest in teacher training at some point)
The difference over a year. I'm healthier, stronger, and definitely have a better mindset. I thought that I had made little to no progress until my "On This Day Last Year" notification came up. I was so surprised. I barely recognized the girl in the picture. Here's to another year!
A beginning
Hello! My name is Mimi and I just started this new fitblr/yogblr/healthblr. I have been practicing power vinyasa yoga for a few years but recently began my health and fitness journey and so excited to join this community. I will be blogging/reblogging posts related to yoga/running/lifting/general fitness as well as healthy recipes/nutrition/food and positive self image.
