This one is done with the hands on a chair (hands higher than feet = less weight on the hands = easier on upper body), but with the feet wider than the hips (which is hard for the core! Try it!). Use the breath to facilitate movements of shoulderblade retraction and protraction. The legs wide keep the lower body in a similar orientation as the peak pose, Firefly Pose | Tittibhasana, while the shoulderblade pushups work on strength in the action of the upper body.
