What’s great about this most recent chapter is also what was the most FRUSTRATING part about it:

Kyoko and Ren’s determination to keep their relationship the ‘same’.

Because the truth is, despite Ren “not really thinking about changing [their] relationship all that much” it’s INEVITABLE that this new awareness and understanding of their feelings towards each other will change how they act around each other and how they act when the pair of them are around others, too.

And I for one, cannot wait to see them together, in public, with their mutual feelings at the forefront of their thoughts. ^^

From the perspective of someone who watched The Umbrella Academy s1 and only kind of enjoyed it, here are reasons why you could watch it during this self-isolation period:

music is great

music + action scenes are really great

klaus hargreeves(Robert Sheehan) is such a great character love him

ben hargreeves(Justin H. Min ) is also the best I love him

ben and klaus's relationship dynamic as brothers and friends is The Best

I just rlly live Klaus and Ben ok their roles made me persevere thru the things that frustrated me from this show

Klaus and Dave 💕😭

Number 5 is an actual old man in the body of a casually homicidal 13y/o and it's great

Percy dying too young and Sally Jackson enduring that emotionally. Her and annabeth trying to heal together. Poseidon visits Sally to offer his condolences and her heart is in turmoil because Percy's death isn't his fault, but isn't it, though?

Back at camp Annabeth, Tyson, Grover and so many more feel the ache of his presence long gone.

Grover feels Percy's death through the empathy link when it happens. After the funeral Annabeth can't help but ask Grover if Percy felt at peace when he died. She's sorry, but she has to know. She needs to know. Grover lies.

Chiron is sad but resigned. His lifetime of immortality has just been heartbreak overlapping with heartbreak as he watches the heroes he raises and trained be razed by the prophecies and monsters that keep coming back, though his campers do not.

So one time when I was 12-14 I read the first Mercy Thompson book by Patricia Briggs:

at the time I told myself I only read it because it had a lot of recs on goodreads and people said it was good

as a young preteen-ish child, I felt slightly embarrassed about the fact I was walking out of the public library with a book with <i>this kind</i> of cover. I read it once and never read it again because it wasn’t so incredible I felt the need to borrow the second book and I couldn’t muster up the courage to do it anyway.

Eventually it faded from my memory and ever once in awhile I’d remember that I read it. As I grew up, I’d ask myself over and over what really got me to muster up the courage to borrow it and why I felt such a need to read it that one time.

Now, as an older female human about to borrow the second book I can admit I definitely borrowed the book when I was young 45% for the story premise 55% because the girl on the cover was hot.

if canonically a character is an actress and has played several roles in canon, then I imagine her playing several other roles in addition to canon, would those additional roles be tagged/categorized as my own headcanons or canon expansion or what?

i.e. In canon Kyoko acts as a rich lady and assassin in 2 different productions. I imagine her acting as Wonder Woman too. She never plays the role of Wonder Woman/Diana Prince in canon. Is this considered canon expansion, a headcanon or nothing at all/something else?
