Mortal education: Masters in Clinical Psychology from UCSF, specializing in early childhood trauma. They intended to return to school to pursue a doctorate but was embraced before being able to take further steps in their education.
Mortal occupation: At the time of embrace, psychology intern and automotive receptionist. Prior, they were a car thief and mechanic in a chop shop operation, and a ranch hand before that.
Events of note: (CW for mentions of child abuse and suicide) Coyote had a difficult upbringing which separation from their parents, being child labor and physical abused by extended family, becoming a very young caretaker for their granduncle, and getting mixed in with the "wrong crowd". Attempts at getting back on the straight and narrow ended up foiled for various reasons, usually financial desperation. They've attempted suicide three times, the second was interrupted by their sire on the night they were embraced.

APPEARANCE ---
Height: 5'10"/177.8cm
Build: Long-limbed and slightly underweight. Lean as they did a lot of running.
Eyes: Downturned, amber with brown in the center. Their pupils appear muddy and blend into the inner part of their iris. Very long eyelashes that move slightly downward.
Complexion: Warm, medium toned. Easily caught a deeper tan in life. Their hands are slightly calloused. They've also got some old stretchmarks on their butt.
Hair: Straight, dense, jet black, and waist-length. You can tell the most they ever did prior to Embrace was trim the ends. Sometimes they cut it off to style into a faux hawk or "soft" spikes.
Scars: Some old childhood scars on their knuckles and right shin.
Piercings: Triple lobes, industrial, helix, tragus, and an orbital on both ears. Horizontal clitoral hood.
Tattoos: Moth across their chest, snakes going down either side of their waist and belly, flaming eye above their belly button, a Santa Muerte across their upper back, twin scorpion tramp stamp, and a little revolver on their butt. They have both sleeves but I'm not entirely sure what's on them beside a Sagrado Corazón on their inner right wrist.
Style: Somewhat eclectic with various elements of goth, punk, cholo, western wear, classic biker, and fetish gear. A lot of leather, denim, raunchy print cotton t-shirts, leather jackets, fishnet, bikini tops, and exposed underwear. They're frequently scantily clad.
Mannerisms: They walk with their chin up. Very loud and animated but still very deliberate in their movements.
Likes: Horses, being a nuisance, automotives, various kinds of alternative music, west coast-hip hop, attention, leather clothing, reading books, clowns, big guns, grindhouse movies, partying, embarrassing people, killing other vampires, and slapstick cartoons.
Dislikes: Being held accountable for being a dumbass, the Camarilla as a whole, party poopers, a bad book, and people taking them for an idiot.
Fears: Being abandoned, being a "nobody".
Skills: They're a great shot and not too bad with one-handed weapons. They're eloquent when they wanna be and are actually a pretty solid poet (or writer in general). Smooth-talking, flirting, and just getting people on board with things is something they excel in. They could fix up a car and speak English and Spanish.
Bad habits: Smoking, holding grudges, talking out of their ass, gossiping, ignoring negative feelings until they boil over, impulsive shoplifting, driving recklessly. and behaving like they're above consequences.
Desires: Power :). In as many forms as they can get it.
Complexes: Their embrace caused a massive shift in their personality. The aspects of who they are now existed in little forms before the vampirism happened, but they were much more meek. More of a follower. Then that Malkavian blood just turned everything on its head.
Coyote struggles to see who they were as a human and who they are now as the same person and refers to their past self as "we" or "The Star". The most they can acknowledge shared experiences and to have lived life through The Star's memories. But they refuse to believe they were every anybody else.
Now, they're just a simmering pot of ego and malice who is hellbent on getting what they want no matter what. So convinced of their own importance that when reality doesn't live up to what they want, they can either explode or implode. They want people who listen to what they say, do what they say. The worst part is how much self awareness they have about it, but they simply don't care. They want their way.
RELATIONSHIPS ---
Morgan O'Broin: Coyote's best friend and platonic soulmate across several universes. This man-thing entered their home and heart and then didn't leave. Truly, he was supposed to stay for a night and then he refused to leave. He's very much their attack dog, and they're very much his guide through modern Kindred society. They love and trust each other, even if they don't verbalize it. Coyote is very fond of the fact that he just puts all his stock in their word and doesn't think too much about it. He's lucky their have no ulterior motives with him and they're lucky he doesn't just crumple them up like a piece of paper and throw them into the sun.
Angel Menendez: Coyote's little brother who is ten years their junior. He's only relevant in the San Francisco timeline. All Angel wants is his sibling back and to be in their life again. Coyote's left him so many times without a word and although none of them were his fault, he still internalized every single time they left or disappeared. As far as he can tell, they're back to their life of crime despite his best efforts of helping them stay on the "right path". Where their relationship is heading, I have a vague idea but we'll just have to wait and see.
Dr. Hugh Belmont: More or less what you can expect from an Elder sire, the man's a total sack of shit and there's few people Coyote hates more. Their relationship was that of teacher and student before he embraced them. His reason for turning them was entirely selfish. If only because Coyote's personality and hair resembled that of his long deceased daughter. His intent with them was to keep them as a caged bird, effectively. Obviously that didn't work out. Hugh's good at making vampires but he's not good at making members of the Camarilla as all his childer have left to various sects.
