I’m still bitter about the Bioware blind boxes being made by Titan because holy crow they’re nightmare fuel. I’m normally a blind box junkie, but I refuse to buy those freaky things. In an alternate universe, Funko got that license and they were properly adorable like those characters deserve.

LOL oh man I forgot about those, with the hideous regular sized head but the super deformed bodies.  I’m not all that nuts about Funko toys anymore (after seeing how awesome Nendoroids are, it’s hard to go back) but their chibi stuff is still infinitely better than Titan’s.

Any idea about the shelf life of unopened body paint? I stocked up on some Ben Nye MagiColor 4 years ago for a costume I haven't worn since, but am thinking about wearing again and I'm not sure if it just needs a good shake or if it's done for.

Check the package, it should have a little icon that looks like the following image. That will tell you the product’s approximate shelf life in months.

As a baseline, most products last between 1-2 years unopened, and my Mehron Paradise cake makeup states 30 months (2.5 years). So odds are your product is past it’s due date. Even if it visibly looks okay, it may not set properly or may be difficult to apply. If it doesn’t say anything, you can usually look at the product and notice changes in texture or smell the product for different odours. If you notice a change in the product’s texture or smell, toss it!
