I'm stuck in life!

I am 19, with a passion for making music & I have been doing it since 4 years

I completed my 12th in 2019 and I tried many things but they never really went my way so after a lot of things went completely wrong, I took a break to think and make the right decisions

And "Digital Marketing" has something which always makes me think i should pursue it and looks relevant

I want to study a proper degree in digital marketing because though I want to pursue music, I want it to happen independently and learn by myself.

I want guidance and tips to take my life back on track again.

I'm completely helpless so your help would mean a world to me.

My reply: You are 19 and you are thinking about your passion and future which is the first you should be proud of

And continue with your passion for music, if that's what makes you happy please do that and create a niche for yourself

You are thinking of doing a degree within your passion. Pat on your back for that

About Degree in Digital Marketing, that I would NOT recommend, because learning Digital Marketing in college will not help, it will be theory

Here is what I would suggest:

 1. Find a degree that is close to your passion, that is related to music and continue that 

2. Take up a certificate course for Digital Marketing 3-6 months course. Get practical exposure.

Find an Institute like that and then you have to practice everything that you are learning for this 6 months period, building up case studies, experimenting setting up something to share your passion like videos, or any business for Music. Play with all social media.

My sister and I were reminiscing about the old days of tumblr where the only side of tumblr we knew was the fandom side and how things were just so simple back then before both ourselves and our followers/followings became self-aware of how god awful the world is. I know I’ve seen posts that make fun of the tumblr blogs still dedicated to supernatural/sherlock/doctor who/all of the above but ya know what? Just let them have their ignorance for just a little longer. Some day, those blogs are going to become aware that their favorite male actor has done/said some shitty things and their world will slowly start to come crashing down as they realize just how unimportant the little things like their favorite show returning is because the real world is now very real and they know it. The world is dying, people are dying, and for right now, at the young age of probably 12 or 13, they don’t really know that. Not like my sister and I and all our old followers/followings know. Let them keep their innocence, they can grow up in a year or two.
