Younique was founded upon a mission to uplift, empower and validate women around the world. As a Younique Presenter WOC (woman of colour), I feel extremely validated knowing that the founders of this company are listening attentively to our cosmetic concerns. A Diversity Panel was recently formed as a sound board to the existing gap within the beauty industry that spans far beyond Younique. I'm grateful for the persistent voices of these fierce women, which echo on behalf of all women of colour within this company, and for the founders who are receptive to hearing all our relevant concerns.
