These last few days were filled with happiness. I got to visit one of my best friends, I spent time with some of my favorite fur babies and I walked a meditation labyrinth. After years of stubbornness I am finally accepting that I do benefit from medication. It aids me in living a healthy lifestyle. I used to believe that I was a person who didn't need medication, that could take care of my mental health issues on my own. Try as i might it barely worked and with much struggle. I take an incredibly low dose of an anti depressant/anti anxiety medication, a low dose medication for HYPERthyroidism and an acid reflux medication. My Vital-mins include B complex, C, D3 & Hair, Skin, Nail combo. This is such a beautiful thing for me today. Maybe for you as well. I have been battling with living in love when it comes to people I feel I need to defend myself around. A couple years ago I decided that it was important to use love as my practice in all areas of my life. I have been using the words thank you, good suggestion, I appreciate your suggestions.
