“Mine (Bazzi Cover)” by Krewella and BKAYE
Ahead of Bazzi’s single, “Mine” most likely take over atop the Top 40 Radio charts, sisters and DJ duo Krewella have teamed up with BKAYE for their cover of the hit song.
The R&B vibe of Bazzi’s version isn’t lost in the beginning of the song but BKAYE quickly picks up the BPM’s to burst the drop into a colorful display of sounds. More of a weekend anthem than the original, the ladies of Krewella do a great job of taking on this cover and giving their own twist on it – plus their voices continue to blend well not only with each other but with the production provided by BKAYE.
Krewella premiered the new song on their Instagram through a video that followed the girls through their DJ tour this summer that also involved participating in local community programs.
