NOPE, NOT TODAY BRAIN

Do you ever get that intrusive thought when you’re laying on your bed staring at the ceiling thinking about something completely unrelated to the situation and then BAM, the intrusive thoughts hits you, Wonder what’s he’s doing? Let’s look at his social media and check.’

Yep, I had that exact moment just now and I said absolutely not today. Why would I want to look at someone’s social media and be interested in their life when they clearly aren’t in mine? My time is precious, my peace should be protected and the only person I should care about what they’re doing is myself. Don’t give into the mind games, looking at their social media page won’t change the situation, won’t help you move on and definitely won’t give you clarity. Times a healer, break that cycle and keep going because you are worth more!

TRIPPING OVER JOY What is the difference Between your experience of Existence And that of a saint? I got to a point where I felt lost and the things I was sharing started having no meaning or impact. My personal struggles and challenges with my own journey crippled me and I just needed to take a moment to figure things out both for myself and my business. When doubt sets in and challenges become stagnant stumbling blocks to the next stage, you question not just yourself but God. The why's set in. You question if God really is and why all the prayers are unanswered. But like the words above, "The saint knows That the spiritual path Is a sublime chess game with God" and making the moves means you still believe. . . Whatever you are going through, it's hard. It's harder than hard and your faith has been tested and questioned but just believe and know that he is God. He will do it. I know he will come through for me. I know he is working everything together for my good and I surrender to him all my burdens and pains. Wishing you all an amazing and very productive new week. God lives. God loves. God is great. He can do all things and there is nothing, absolutely nothing impossible for the mighty one. . .
