Any tips on reality shifting? Can you post a link to the subliminal you used that had you floating???

unfortunately no tips from me, since i never actually shifted🥲 what had been working for me was being really sleepy, worldbuilding in your head - like imagining the specific situation you're in, for me it's always me sleeping at whatever place fits the dr I'm trying to get to.

I'm currently trying to shift to the rdr2, I mixed an ambience and a subliminal - so in my dr I'm just sleeping/waking up/falling asleep at camp. I feel like ambiences really really help

this is the subliminal I listened to - I had been seeing their vids around for ages and I decided to try one despite not having much hope in it - guess they proved me wrong 💀

and this is the ambience - in case you wanna shift to rdr too, it has no music and some chatter too which i found perfect for imagining my dr :)
