Hmm I think what those other ANON are referring to the deleted kiss was possibly that whole speculation that during the "I love you" scene of Season 2 that Oliver and Felicity actually kissed but it was later edited out. Stephen mention something about the scene being more powerful (i think that is what he said) and in another interview Colton said he would want to be Oliver so he could be in a scene that was deleted. So I think that is what those other anon are talking about deleted kiss.
