Good Vibes

Inspired by this dub of a @scribbly-z-raid comic.

Winter(sweating nervously): Ok…

Winter(as she turns to address Jaune and Ruby): I know everyone in our gathered army is dropping like flies…

Winter(as some of their bases are shown being overrun by either bandits or Grimm): And almost all of our keeps are captured…

Winter(as Jaune and Ruby look at each other with worry): But as the leader of the allied army, I assure you that everything will be fine!

Winter(nervously turning to Penny): Right, Penny?

Penny(eyes wide and waving her arms around in a panic): GREAT GOOGLY MOOGLY, IT’S ALL GONE TO S*#^!!!

Winter(putting on an unconvincing fake smile): See? Everything will be fine…

Ruby starts nervously sweating as she looks at the fires around them, and Jaune simply lets out a dejected sigh as he pulls out his sword and shield to try and clean up this mess.

Maybe I’ve been reading too much Ghirafi stuff from @z-raid Or maybe I’m bored, either way here’s some art and fic

               It wasn’t that they didn’t see each other, rather they chose to ignore the other in a sense.

           Ghirahim recognized those mismatched eyes, and that unruly hair, even if it was tied into a bun. He recognized her voice, a calculated song. She held the sword on her back close to her body.

           He almost scoffed seeing her. Reborn as a Sheikah, still a slave to the goddess and her hero.

           Fi noted the sword on his back. She noticed the annoyed look in his eyes. His handsome face. She smirked at his reborn form. A Yiga, dirty traitor. He was even scarfing down a banana.

           “I’m sorry, have we met before?” Ghirahim tested the waters, knowing Fi could strike him down, even if she wouldn’t.

           “I don’t think we have, at least, not in this life.”

           “My mistake.” He smiled at her. They both knew. But they also had to return to the masters they chose.

           They both heard shouting, knowing neither side was aware of the other.

           “Let’s go Fi! Princess Zelda is waiting!” A young boys voice rang out. Ghirahim could see him, a tiny boy, too small to wield the blade on Fi’s back. Fi smiled warmly like she had raised the boy. This fact wouldn’t surprise Ghirahim. She had watched him grow over so many lifetimes. She probably raises the boy in this time.

           “Coming, Master Link!” Fi shouted back. “Next time we meet, we will probably be in battle.”

           “Train your master well, Blue Bird.” Ghirahim encouraged.

           “I always do, which is more than I can say for you.” The sass and smirk caught Fi off guard. “Goodbye, Ghirahim.” She walked off.

           He watched her get tackled by Link with laughter.

           “Let’s have pumpkin soup for dinner!”

           “If you finish your studies.”

           “Ok!”

           Ghirahim watched them walk off. Suddenly his banana was bittersweet tasting.

           “Ghirahim!” One of his fellow Yiga caught up to him. “Where is your mask?!”

           “On my hip. Why should I deprive this world of my beauty?” Ghirahim asked, smiling.

           Both reborn sword sprites decided to ignore one another for now. Until their masters battled again. Though they would catch glimpses of each other, and hold small smiles of lives long ago.

SO @scribbly-z-raid did these two amazing line arts for Ghirahim and Fi and I just couldnt help myself- I had to colour them in. I hope you guys like them!! (Suprisingly Fi was a lot easier than I thought she would be to colour) But here they are! Sword Babies in each others crystal colours!
