Jack, Moneypenny, and Paterson Taking Care of Sick S/O
How Jack, Moneypenny, and Paterson would take care of their lover if they were sick.

Jack Renfield
When Jack found out you got sick from being in the snow, he laughed out loud, earning a kick behind the knee from you.
He teased how you were like a kid, getting sick from playing too much outside despite your age.
But despite his teasing, he's carefully checking your temperature and making sure you were comfortable in bed.
The best caretaker you can find.
He makes you food you like that's also easy to digest, brings your medicine on time, and makes sure you don't feel any discomfort while lying in bed.
He joked about hiding the medicine in your food when you complained about the taste but supported you nonetheless.
When it came to changing your clothes and taking a bath, you joked about how quick he was with unbuttoning your pajamas.
"I've had years of practice,"
He got kicked out of your shared bedroom in an instant.
He tried to apologize, but you can still hear him laughing on the other side of the door.
In the end, you forgave him. Mainly because you couldn't keep the door closed with how weak you became from the sickness.
And he brought you your favorite snacks.
But since he still has things to do in the manor, he left you to rest as he finishes his chores.
Brings you tea if you're awake as he updates you on the day.
But if you're sleeping, he still talks to you in a hushed tone as he plays with your hair or reads a book by your side, enjoying the peaceful moment.
Miss Moneypenny
When she found out you were sick, you were greeted with a scowling Moneypenny carrying a bag of food and medicine.
She's asking you how you got sick, if you already ate or took your medicine, all the while checking your temperature and fluffing your pillow.
Sure enough, you got a fever from your last mission since you were out late while it was raining.
William did advise you to go about it differently, but the risks were too high, so you pushed through.
Despite commending you for your hard work, she was still mad at how careless you were with your health.
While scolding you for your negligence, you couldn't help but notice how gently she would lay you down to a more comfortable position and spoon-feed you if you were too weak to feed yourself.
Unfortunately, she's still needed in the office so she only visits you between breaks.
Luckily, she's still doing great while working. But everyone notices how fast she leaves to visit you whenever she has time.
She makes sure you take all of your medicine on time and will not take any complaints.
She brings you a warm towel to wipe you off if you become too sweaty...
...But she takes a long time to help you change since she barely touches your clothes and is looking away the whole time.
Even while wiping you, she closes her eyes or looks away.
She probably ends up only wiping your arms and back, you have to do the rest.
She'd probably end up apologizing while you change your clothes by yourself.
When she brings you your dinner and sees you resting, she quietly walks up to you and kisses your forehead, wishing you to get better soon before leaving, making sure no one bothers you.
Zack Paterson
When you woke up with a splitting headache, Paterson was already in the office.
Your breakfast was already on the table, with an apology note attached saying he might be coming home late today.
It's not that uncommon for your husband to do overtime with his job in the police force and undercover work for the Moriartys, but, sometimes, you wish you could see him more often.
He'd most likely noticed you were squirming in your sleep and burning up, so he sent someone else to take care of you in the meantime.
And by someone else, it's not Sebastian... or Bonde.
Fred will probably be the one to look after you, helping you get back to bed.
Before you could even ask how he knew you were sick, you heard the door open as Paterson came rushing into your shared bedroom.
He explained that he finished work early and got the rest of the day off as he checked your condition.
Relieved to see you were getting better, he thanked Fred for the help as he took care of you the rest of the day.
Like Moneypenny, he knows how to take care of a sick person.
He'll carefully feed you, making sure you won't burn yourself while also making sure you take your medicine on time.
He's unfazed when wiping you down or changing your clothes, making sure he gets every nook and cranny so you'll feel refreshed.
It doesn't help with how shy you feel when he looks so focused wiping you down.
He holds your hand while waiting for you to sleep, talking about the case he's working on or the commotion in Scotland Yard, usually involving Lestrade and Gregson.
When he sees you're already sleeping, he kisses you goodnight as he works beside you. Sometimes holding and squeezing your hand for support.
